Lunch: No coffee or tea now. The only things you will be having 8 regular saltine crackers. In addition to that a cup of cottage cheese or tuna, your preference.

Dinner: You can enjoy 2 lavish beef franks with a cup of steamed broccoli or cabbage, half a cup of carrots, half a banana, and half a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Day 3

Breakfast: You add 5 regular saltine crackers and an ounce of cheddar cheese to your coffee or tea and apple.
